Teaser Tuesdays – 17th Apr 2012

Teaser Tuesdays is a weekly bookish meme, hosted by MizB of Should Be Reading. Here are the rules for participating in this meme..

Grab your current read
Open to a random page
Share two (2) “teaser” sentences from somewhere on that page
BE CAREFUL NOT TO INCLUDE SPOILERS! (make sure that what you share doesn’t give too much away! You don’t want to ruin the book for others!)
Share the title & author, too, so that other TT participants can add the book to their TBR Lists if they like your teasers!

My Teaser:

It becomes real that there is something about our house that is not all that happy. It kind of reminds me of a thick morning fog. It’s there, you can see it, yet you can’t put your finger on it.

  5. Hi Kayven,

Sounds as though there is a really bad atmosphere in this house … sorry had to cheat and check out the synopsis … can now see how those words might fit into the overall context of the story.

    Have definitely bookmarked this one,

  6. I always struggle to tell the difference between metaphors and similies… but what ever this is I love the one about morning fog. Intriguing!
