May 28-31 : Book Blogger Hop

I almost forget about the book blogger hop today. The book blogger hop is an event hosted by Jennifer from Crazy for Books. This is a meme I really like because I get to meet some great bloggers.
Few awesome blogs that made it to my google reader today.

Book Bookie
From the Shadows

The other meme I participate in is the Friday 56. This meme is hosted by http://storytimewithtonya.blogspot.com/

The rules as stated are:

Grab the book nearest you. Right now
Turn to page 56.
Find the fifth sentence.
Post that sentence (plus one or two others if you like) along with these instructions on your blog or (if you do not have your own blog) in the comments section of this blog.
Post a link along with your post back to this blog.
Don’t dig for your favorite book, the coolest, the most intellectual. Use the CLOSEST.

I haven’t started this book as yet but it will be something I open tonight.  Today’s friday 56 is from “Beyond Recognition” by Ridley Pearson.

“If given half a chance, if at all average, they would like to get custody of the child; they would be eager to conspire against the former husband. Boldt had come prepared to see through this. When they failed to make any such attempt, Boldt felt somewhat disappointed. “
