Teaser Tuesday – May 25 2010

Teaser Tuesdays is a weekly bookish meme, hosted by MizB of Should Be Reading. Anyone can play along! Just do the following:

Grab your current read
Open to a random page
Share two (2) “teaser” sentences from somewhere on that page
BE CAREFUL NOT TO INCLUDE SPOILERS! (make sure that what you share doesn’t give too much away! You don’t want to ruin the book for others!)
Share the title & author, too, so that other TT participants can add the book to their TBR Lists if they like your teasers!

    My Teaser:
“’Remember that you are dust and to dust you shall return,’ I cried. ‘It’s what Catholic priests say on Ash Wednesday when you get your ashes. Which must be what’s on the kid’s forehead. He gave Jacob ashes?’“

Taken from “Worst Case” by James Patterson and Michael Ledwidge

    5. Terrific teaser! I must be the last person on the planet who hasn’t read any James Patterson yet. But I’m hoping to change that very soon. This one sounds really interesting.

    6. I love Patterson! Thanks for sharing….

    7. I wasn’t a huge fan of this book, but I hope you like it! Thanks for visiting The Crowded Leaf.
